Andre Rousseau is a Canadian expatriate living in Playas del Coco for 12 years. Before running his real estate business, he established two successful internets Café in Playas del Coco. He is also the publisher of Costa Rica Travel Magazine, the Costa Rica Phone Book, Gold Coast Real Estate Map and more recently www.online-costarica.com. An active member of the Coco Lions Club as a fiscal officer, he speaks French, English and Spanish. Andre is widely known as the unofficial mayor of Playas del Coco. He is one of the cofounders of Regatta Papagayo… a popular sailing race. Andre works only with what he likes to sell. With his experience, he can deliver a wide array of services in all flavours.
